The National Collaborating Centre for Determinants of Health (NCCDH) provides the Canadian public health sector with knowledge and resources to address the social determinants of health. The NCCDH is one of six National Collaborating Centres (NCCs) for Public Health that work together to identify knowledge gaps, foster networks and provide the Canadian public health system with an array of evidence-based products and knowledge translation services. The NCCs are hosted by universities and public institutions around Canada and are funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
