
David Young
Dr. David Young is a Full Professor in the Faculty of Education at St. Francis Xavier University as well as past Chair of the Department of Curriculum and Leadership. Currently, Dr. Young is the Director of the Frank McKenna Centre for Leadership and a Resident Fellow of the Brian Mulroney Institute of Government. In addition, he is the President of the St. Francis Xavier University Association of University Teachers.
Dr. Young’s research is focused on the broad topic of educational administration and policy. More particularly, his current writing deals with issues pertaining to law and education. His work has appeared in a wide variety of publications, including CAPSLE Comments, the Education & Law Journal, the Canadian Journal of Educational Administration and Policy, and the Journal of Educational Administration and Foundations.
