For StFX researchers: 

This document is provided for guidance only. You must submit a full application using the application found in the StFX ROMEO Researcher Portal.

For those with approval from another REB: You must submit using the application form for expedited/external submissions or approved minimal risk/external submissions, found in the StFX ROMEO Researcher Portal.

For StFX Undergraduate Honours students: Download and complete this Honours Ethics Application. Have the completed application signed by your department or program representative before you submit it through the ROMEO Researcher Portal.  

For StFX Faculty: Course-Based Research Application (MS Word).  Application is submitted to the Research Ethics Committee (REC). The REC chair should sign the form upon approval.  The applicant will submit the signed application on the ROMEO Researcher Portal, as an expedited application.

For Secondary Data Use: Download and review the application before completing your application online through the Romeo Researcher Portal.
