Flourishing Foundations Pillar #4: First-Year Mentorship Program 

The First-Year Mentorship Program supports students in their successful transition to StFX by pairing them with undergraduate peer mentors. These peer mentors provide support and advice, helping to ensure that new students flourish inside and outside the classroom. Build connections that you can continue to draw on throughout your first year and beyond. 

DEC Mentorship Program

The Diversity Engagement Centre (DEC) Mentorship Program helps students from historically excluded groups with their transition to university life and connection in community. 

X-Connects Mentorship Program 

Alumni Mentors support students and recent graduates as they make career plans and begin to explore the world outside of StFX.
