Ram Palanisamy is Professor of Enterprise Systems at the Gerald Schwartz School of Business, St. Francis Xavier University, Canada. He obtained his PhD in information systems management from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi, India. He had academic positions at Wayne State University, Detroit, USA; University Telekom Malaysia; and National Institute of Technology (NITT), Trichirappalli, India. His research papers appeared in the Long Range Planning, Industrial Management and Data Systems, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Journal of Information & Knowledge Management, International Journal of Management and Decision Making, Journal of Electronic Government, Journal of Services Research, Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management, and others. Palanisamy’s research has also appeared in several peer-reviewed articles in several journals, edited books and conference proceedings.
