Completed applications include: transcripts, supporting documents and application fee. Note: Deadline to apply for competitive programs (such as BSc Nursing) have passed.  Only eligible programs will be available on the application.

  • Remember to submit your first semester transcript including Grade 12 final mid-term marks to StFX for Major Scholarship consideration.

  • Deadline to apply for admission to StFX to be eligible for Major Scholarship consideration.
  • Deadline to submit your Major Scholarship application and all supporting documents.
  • Final first semester transcripts must be received by the Admissions Office by 12 p.m. (noon) Atlantic Time if you want to be considered for a scholarship.

    Students with a minimum admission average of 85% are eligible for National Entrance Scholarships worth at least $5000 over four years of study.

  • Deadline to apply to 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.

  • Application deadline for Spring term (May 2025) undergraduate studies.

    Note: applicants must have all documents submitted by this time, as well, to be considered.

  • Students who have been accepted and have confirmed their seat by this date are guaranteed a room in residence. While students can confirm their university acceptance after this date, they will not be guaranteed a residence space. See University Housing for more important dates.
  • Deadline to accept scholarship offers.

  • Deadline for International Student Applications for a September, 2025 start. Applications received after the May 30, 2025, deadline will be reviewed on a case by case basis according to visa processing times. 

    Note: all applications must be complete by the respective program deadlines to be assessed for admission. Completed applications include: transcripts, supporting documents and application fee.

  • Application Deadline for Post-Baccalaureate Diplomas (Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Information Technology Management, Digital Marketing, and Business Studies). 

    Note: applicants must have all documents submitted by this time, as well, to be considered.
