For newly hired employees, Payroll requires a package containing:

• Employee Information Form 
• Payroll Request form 
• Casual Contract Template 
• Void cheque or direct deposit form completed by a Canadian financial institution
• Nova Scotia TD1 Forms
• Federal TD1 Forms
